CCM Associates trades under the name of CCM Associates (Cardiff) Ltd and
operates under the control of the
Managing Director, Malcolm Evans.
Malcolm established CCM Associates in 2008, having previously been managing partner in a sureying partnership in Cardiff since 1999. The twelve prior years between 1987 and 1999 were spent with DTZ Debenham Tie Leung in Cardiff, the last seven years of which, were at Associate Director level.
During the last 30 years Malcolm has acted in a profesional capacity for a large number of institutional investment clients, along with numerous private investment companies and individuals.
